    About Eric Greenfield

    Principal of Bookkeeping Manhattan

Since 2013, corporate finance professional Eric Greenfield has served as principal and lead consultant of Bookkeeping Manhattan, a financial consulting service for small and large businesses. Dedicated to helping clients optimize returns and manage resources while remaining compliant with all relevant regulations, Eric Greenfield offers advice on functions ranging from financial reporting and analysis to customer billing.

Eric Greenfield launched Bookkeeping Manhattan with prior experience as the accounting and payroll manager for a major corporation. There, he developed a system that allowed for repayment of employee expenses through the company's payroll system, which saved both time and money in the reimbursement process. He came to this role following similar success as payroll manager and assistant to the CFO at a major apartment housing complex in New York City, where he led the introduction of an automated payroll system that saved up to $20,000 annually and reduced preparation time for payroll by 50 percent.

Eric Greenfield holds a bachelor of arts in business administration with concentrations in accounting and computer science from New England College. While a student, he served as an intern to a financial consultant at Citizen's Bank, where he played a role in creating and installing a new client database. Mr. Greenfield graduated with honors as a Dean's List student and recipient of the National Collegiate Computer Sciences Award.
